Terms & Conditions

  • Gems can only be used towards services provided by Nehesa Ascension.

  • Each gem is valued at $1 = 1 gem and can be redeemed in exchange for specific services.

  • Gems are non-refundable, gems can be transferable to families or partners for one session/service only.

  • Gems must be used within 3 months or 9 months, depending on the package size, from the date of purchase. Any unused gems after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed.
    Packages may be put on hold on a case by case basis. 

  • Discounts or additional benefits tied to specific packages are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

  • Payment for the Package must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods accepted by Nehesa Ascension.

  • Once purchased, credits will be applied to your account and will be available for immediate use. In the event of any payment failure, Nehesa Ascension reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Package.
